Arndorfer kicking even more goals. Mostly Grüner with a bit of Neuburger (adds some body) for good measure. Depth of flavour is a trademark of the Arndorfer range, and Schlehe is a welcome addition. Gentle maceration has drawn out a pleasing amount of grip to balance out some pretty ripe yellow fruited character. This'll make a good intro in the world of skins for the uninitiated, whilst offering more than enough for the converted. ABV: 12%

Arndorfer, based in the Kamptal region of Austria, are all about expressing the nature and quality of the soil through their wines, nurturing the animals and mycelium that live within it so they’ll keep giving the vines what they need. The wines are unfined and unfiltered, but always fresh and racy. Nice price tags too – real quality at a snip.
