All orders outside of Central London are shipped via DHL. When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking website (which you can also access here).
You will receive an email or text notification from DHL with a delivery window and a date of delivery. This email will also provide you an option to have the parcel delivered to your local access point if you will not be in to receive it.
If your parcel is delivered to an access point, you will need to follow these steps to generate a pick up code before it will be released:
Go to: https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/
Enter the shipment number/tracking number provided
Enter your postcode
At the next screen there will be a section to enter your email or phone number to have the collection code sent to you.
If your order has not arrived within 3-4 working days please contact me immediately so I can chase it up. Any orders that are returned to sender may be subject to further delivery charges depending on the circumstances.
