Anders and Anne, Once I Had A Choice of Being Better 2021

Place: Ardèche, France

Grape: Chardonnay + Sauvignon Blanc

Vibe: Natural, Textural

Both grapes are picked together and are slowly pressed over 4 days before being sent to rest in barrique for nearly 2 years. Golden in the glass with notes of stone fruit and flowers this is seductive and full of southern charm.  There is a purity and harmony you only get from long elevage and that makes this wonderful for these slower Autumnal days. ABV: 13.75%
