Classically styled Beaj and good heavens it's beautiful. This is one tidy operation down in Southern Burgundy. Fermentation is carbonic, bringing brightness and fragrance, with fermentation finishing in ex-Burgundy barrels aiding structural development. Juliénas is a northern Cru, with associated lift and freshness. Beautiful in 2019. One to get onto immediately.
