Bursting with aroma and flavours of ripe stone fruits and herbal tang. Malvasia was fermented on skins here, trapping all that aromatic glory, before being sent to bottle to trap the fizz. Zingy as all hell, cutting through all that bubble and fruit. This is very, very good fizz. Plenty of character, plenty of structure. Bargain.
Camillo Donati produces outstanding natural fizz in the Ancestral Method from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Emilia Romagna. The wines are lively and incredibly vinous, making them great for food pairing. They are bottled unfined and unfiltered so will be cloudy, and are also vegan friendly. Bursting with aroma and flavours of ripe stone fruits herbal tang. The palate shows lovely, pithy grip and crisp acidity alongside its fruit forward nature. It’s great drinking and more importantly easy drinking.
