A conversion tool to use on those who are ill-acquainted with the joy that is Rosato. A Campanian fruit salad here, with grapes having a quick, fully clothed bath before being pressed to old chestnut cask. As with all things Giardino the acid line is prominent and promising, shredding up some pretty ripe, dark cherry laden fruit.
