Casa Belfi have knocked out this delicious and dangerously moreish Prosecco Col Fondo. The farming on this estate is organic and biodynamic certified, and winemaking is vegan friendly! The Col Fondo style produces a lighter wine, with less pressure and fizz than regular Prosecco. Made from 100% Glera, this wine is resplendent with citrus and orchard fruit aromas and flavours complemented by honey and wild flowers. It’s racy acidity and lovely, soft fizz create an amazingly fresh drinking experience. It’s bottled unfined and unfiltered so will be cloudy.
