This is the ultimate thirst quencher, it seriously drinks like lemonade. Juicy and pithy from the warmth of 2022 but picked nice and early to retain that signature freshness. There is a little more flesh than previous vintages, and perhaps that's why it's my favourite one yet. ABV: 11.5%

Chateau Barouillet is a 40-hectare estate, fully organic since 2013. The 8th generation to work at the estate, Vincent Alexis joined his father in 2010 and talked him into bottling their own wines instead of selling them for bulk blending. Soils are clay on limestone with iron and flint in the Pecharmant vineyards.
