Chateau Thivin
A benchmark, and one of the oldest, producers in Beaujolais. The wonderful combination of old vine plots, organic viticulture and traditional fermentation techniques in their gravity fed winery lead to a swathe of aromatically complex, beautifully fruited Beaujolais with the structure and pedigree to mature gracefully for many decades.
