Fruit from grey slate soils, the same soils that provide the fruit for the outstanding GG wines from the Busch. Extended lees ageing here. Bloody hell, this is a treat. Mineral, for want of a better, more specific word, factors on the nose are really dialled in, coupled with some classic green apple stuff. Flies along in the mouth, acid drive and lees texture in effortless balance. Destined for a long life.
