I brought a bottle of this back from Paris recently, opened it late one night after a tasting and watched it magically vanish down some appreciative throats, mine included, staring in the mirror. Mostly Grenache, ethereal vibes. Old vine fruit, carbonic maceration, uninhibited ferment in concrete. Pure pleasure here. Hedonistic on the nose and lithe on the palate.
