Production Method: Organic farming. Hand harvesting. Destemmed fruit is fermented in stainless steel, with 15 days maceration post ferment. Three years maturation in traditional large, old oak.
Style: Aromatically complex and full of fruit purity on the palate. Medium bodied, with pronounced tannic structure and crisp, alpine influenced acidity.
