Mostly Pinot Noir, that was infused as whole bunches into a vat of Pinot Gris and Riesling juice, like a giant grape bunch shaped tea bag if you will. Extracting more aromatics and flavour than colour, we're left with something that is enticing as hell, with moreish nerve that'll keep your drinking hand glued to the glass. But this is no quaffer, there's much to look for. Yummy.
