Ah Cécile! Niece of Henri Jayer, not bad pedigree. Anyway, onto the wine. Morey at it's finest here. Ultra low yields, partial destemming and a relatively low % of new oak. We want beautiful fruit and that's what we're given. Velvety and dark, wonderful tannins and earth laden. Bloody hell, good already, better with a rest.
