I can't wait to tip one of these back. 18 was warm, and the reds of the Hautes Côtes benefitted superbly. Fermented in concrete egg, this is all about fruit purity and terroir expression. Lifted and effortless, this still packs decent fruit weight into a palate that absolutely glides. Yes!
