Domaine Labet, Chadonnay 'Varrons' 2018

Old vine Chardonnay, limestone soils, eastern aspect = winning. Following a long élevage in old demi-muid we get a wine that is positively pulsing with energy and verve. Pithy, citrus driven and incredibly intense throughout. This is why I like Chardy.
