Usually I'd say if you've got decent fruit in Burgundy then why on earth make fizz, but when Crémant is good, it is really good. And this is really good Crémant so I guess that makes it excellent fizz? A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté grown just around the corner from Corton. Low yields, 18 months on lees. Powerful stuff, this'll please many a Champers drinker.
