Fruit from a myriad of vineyards, varied soils, all farmed according to organics and biodynamics. Ostertag! Stunning booze! So much energy here. Yes, there's fruit, it is Alsace, but the acid is scintillating. This spent time on the lees, so there's texture too, balancing out that mouthwatering pleasure. What a wine.
