Chardonnay Muscaté to be precise. A local strain, darker skins, a bit more aromatic. SO why not macerate it for 18 days and see what happens. Two years in older oak has rounded things out and given that characteristic regional aldehydic note. Broad reaching, both in appeal and profile. There's tannin and drive here too. Deserves some cheese.
