OXY ALERT! 4 years in barrel under flor and then 2 more in bottle before release. The accountants must love sous-voile winemaking. Good Oxy though. Do you like Sherry? Me too. I like this, and so will you. Much to unpack here, probably too much but whatever. Citrus driven, saline, spicy, herbal, spicy again, nutty, briny... You need a fat stack of cheese here and some appreciative company.
