Dujac Fils et Père, Gevrey-Chambertin 2017
Fils et Père represents the négoce gear of the esteemed Domaine Dujac. Winemaking is the same, with a high percentage of stems going into the ferments.
Seductive as ever. Odds are if you've found your way here you know what to expect but if not, then be prepared for your gateway. Luscious fruit, layer upon layer of endlessly building complexity. There is so much to like here, earthen, darkly fruited and subtly brooding. One to forget about for a few years.
