Old, ungrafted vines planted in an amphitheatre surrounded by lava flows. Mental. Minerality and texture is to the fore here, it's ultra fine grained. Floral and exotic, with ample spice. It's a more savoury and cerebral expression of Nerello from the Chiusa Spagnola contrada.
