The label and name made me think of Toady, from Neighbours. What a guy. And what a beautiful wine. Mostly Grenache, with a dash of Cinsault, treated with great care, and ultra gently extracted. Tastes like what it is and where it's from, which is what we want to see. Aromatically Mediterranean, succulent in the mouth and a little bit herbal. Bloody good stuff here. Winemaker Frédéric has worked at the likes of Clos Rougeard and Georges Vernay, so knows a bit you could say.
