L'Accomplie is Pinot Noir dominant, with Chardonnay adding some texture and roundness. Sublime drinking as per with Savart. Plenty of body and oomph, all shredded to pieces by an acid line of seemingly unstoppable force. Myriad red florals, citrus fruits and honeyed, toasted notes will take you on the journey here. Hard not to keep going back to this. ABV: 12.5%

Frédéric Savart’s grandfather planted vines in Champagne in 1947, later passing the boutique estate on to his son, who then passed it on again to Frédéric. The second he took it over, Frédéric did away with pesticides and herbicides and took a more manual approach, tending the vines and making the champagnes single-handedly. The wines are Pinot Noir-dominant, vibrant and balanced, as well as pretty limited. Load up!
