By rights, Domaine Goisot should be a revered Chablis estate – but the region of Saint Bris was booted from the appellation after a phylloxera outbreak at the end of the nineteenth century. Lucky for us, since it means they represent some of the most bang-for-your-buck Burgundies in the business. Jean-Hugues Goisot was one of the region’s earliest adopters of biodynamics, and yields are kept low to ensure they’re producing the best fruit possible. The wines are terroir-driven, pure and precise.
