Production Method: Organic farming, low yielding old vines. Whole berry, semi carbonic maceration. Wild yeast fermentation. 8 months maturation in older oak. Bottled without fining or filtration and minimal SO2

Style: A dark fruited expression yet very buoyant and fragrant. Strawberry, black cherry, plum, fig paste, smoky herbs and pounded stones.
