Souhaut does Syrah very well indeed. Classic bacon fatty, meaty, dark cherry things going on here, it's as delicious as it sounds. Tannins are dialled down, this guy is all about fruit purity and mineral drive. Unfiltered + a touch of SO2 for stability. Really good.
