Cyril Fhal is arguably one of the Roussilion’s and perhaps France's most underrated winemakers. A few years ago he decided to start up a negociant project under the moniker Hors Champ. All the fruit is sourced from trusted friends with the aim to make a range of wines with instant consumption in mind. The wines are a little more experimental but still are produced with the same immaculate attention to detail in the cellar as Cyrils other releases.
