Pure old vine Garnacha off sandy, limestone based soils. Whole bunch fermentation with native yeasts and 15 months spent in oak. This is astoundingly good, like stupid, as in it really should be consumed en masse if you can. Whisper it quietly, Rayas-esque... Medium bodied, fragrant and fluid with all that Mediterranean scrub and spice. Salty and moreish. CHRIST.
