Joh. Jos. Prüm is a Mosel legend who most likely needs no introduction, if you’re a Riesling lover, but in case you aren’t, prepare to become one. Their wines have a defined style, characterised by elegance and restrained sweetness, with some delicious yeasty notes in there too. The estate comprises some of the Mittelmosel’s most iconic sites, based on dizzyingly steep slopes. JJ is a member of the VDP, aka the crème de la crème of winemakers in Germany. Need I say more?
