More laser like Chenin, as if I didn't already have enough. Fruit here comes off some decomposed schiste vineyard sites, ferments in fibreglass and then goes into old oak (ex-Bernadeau barrels). A tense, spicy rendition. You're looking at a quince and bitters combo. Tantalising. Like seriously good drinking.
