Uncommon bedfellows Mourvèdre and Cabernet Franc get to know each other here. But when you think about it, maybe they shouldn't be so uncommon. 30 months in oak for oxidative maturation reasons rather than flavouring. Expect brambles.
Please note this wine is un-sulphured and can be volatile. It is best drunk in a single sitting as it may fall apart if given too much air.
