A crisp and vibrant Mediterranean white, made from Vermentino and Terret. Vineyards are in the coastal Languedoc region, benefiting from cooling sea breezes and altitude, both of which help to temper the summer heat. Aromatic with orchard fruits, citrus zest and wild flowers. The palate shows more richness, with ripe stone fruit flavours alongside sea spray and dried herb.

Profile: At home on the coast, capable of producing lively, salty wines, often with a light sparkle owing to winemaking practices. Vermentino is also known as Pigato in Liguria, Favorita in Piedmont and Rolle in Southern France. The fruit profile tends toward lemon citrus, and the best wines have a light Mediterranean herbal edge to add complexity, and are incredibly moreish. The perfect foil to any coastal cuisine.
