My interest with the whites from Les Dolomies is boarding on an obsession. Gamay a la Jura. Not what you expect, and it's far from typical but bloody hell this is a wine. The perfume is astounding, you could feasibly just sniff this for hours and get plenty of enjoyment. But then you'd be doing the palate a disservice. So much vitality and nerve. One for the ice bucket, and you'll probably be hogging the bottle.
