Assyrtiko, an insanely high potential variety. This time is ferments on the skins in stainless, before 50% is sent to ex-Selosse (SELOSSE) barrels for maturation and the remainder stays in steel. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. Salty! and textural. Loads of orange rind/zesty stuff going on too. This is very moreish. Definitely worth a stab, although is a sure thing a stab? Dunno. Worth drinking then.
