Lively as hell, in a good way. An ultra refreshing Frizzante from this newish project. I was into this. Tart and driving, with plenty of lemony fruit kicking things along. This should be a firm favourite. ABV: 11%

Marco ‘Barba’, aka the guy whose face appears on the bottles, grew up in Vicenza and started his professional life as a carpenter before falling in love with biodynamic agriculture. He did some time in the Jura canton of Switzerland as a shepherd and farmer before returning to the Veneto to work in his friend’s winery. In 2018, he and some friends, known as the ‘Barbaboyz’, launched Marcobarba, with the aim of producing simple, straightforward, delicious wines.
