Schioppettino and Syrah. The Schioppettino is done blanc de noir, bled straight off with no extraction, and the Syrah see's only a short maceration, like a pink wine. Proper light red, but in now way lacking in complexity or intensity. Straight to the fridge and then straight down your gullet. ENERGY!
