Philippe Pacalet, Gevrey Chambertin 2014

So much elegance for Gevrey, but I guess it is Pacalet we're dealing with. Plenty of that earthen, dark fruited nature that I look for in Gevrey, allied with precision and delicacy that one doesn't often find. Beautiful.
