A somewhat contradictory name, Avis de Vent Fort being an old sailing expression to have a stiff drink before heading out. This is anything but stiff. Ethereal. I loved this when I tasted it, took the bottle home, lasted a hot minute in the fridge too. Ultra fresh and fragrant, with just the right amount of tannin. Brilliant.
