Young gun fizz maker Remi Leroy is back at it with this 100% Pinot Noir Rosé Champagne. Vinous and serious, this demands a meal but I won't tell anybody if you polish it off solo. 15% still Pinot was added prior to the second ferment giving us some more depth of flavour, as if it needed anymore anyway!
