Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc do a little dance for 3 weeks on their skins and the result is delicious, textural and actually interesting. Plenty going on here, but plenty of acid to carry it along nicely. And we get tannins! Yay! Grip is key. This guys moreish, so come thirsty.
