Simon took over some of his father, Philippe Colin’s vineyards from the 2021 vintage. Despite his young age he already has ample experience as a vigneron, having trained with his uncle Bruno and serving as the assistant winemaker at Domaine Etienne Sauzet during the 2020 harvest.
Simon has immediately converted his vineyards to organic viticulture and is considering biodynamic methods. Simon is clearly an extremely talented winemaker, the wines have fantastic precision, delicacy and energy.
