A beautiful expression. The fruit comes off an old vine (80+ years), an organically farmed parcel giving really low yields. Fermented and aged in a mix of old oak and amphora. Texturally this is really impressive, leading toward some brambly fruit and faint herbal notes. Bloody tasty. ABV: 13%
