The Viettis have been making wine smack dab in the middle of Barolo town for four generations. They were the first in the land to start making single vineyard wines in 1952, something which every Barolo producer worth their salt now offers. We love a trailblazer. These days, the Vietti estate is considered to be among the best in Piemonte. They also support local artists by displaying their works on their labels. They even had an exhibition of them at MoMa in 1996. Love that for them!
