Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from Alsace. One to gobble down with abandon. Can you gobble wine? I dunno. Sounds fine to me. Easy to drink but by no means simple and certainly not boring. Oozes floral personality, pitch perfect acidity and pleasant texture. A winner.
