Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc

It's in the name really. Mostly Sauvignon, with the vineyard now entering prime maturity. 20% of the ferment was as whole bunches and elevage is for 18 months in old barrique. Textbook fruit profile, alongside nice graphite and olive nuances. Its a wine of balance and class yet extreme accessibility. ABV: 14%
