The vineyards for this wine are on crazy steep slopes on soils comprised of sand, quartz, granite, slate and gneiss. Variety is the spice of life! The vines are also between 80 and 120 years old, so this is serious stuff. This bottling is super mineral and complex, matured for 11 months in oak and with a hint of something cider-y. Perfect autumn white. ABV: 12.5%
