Priorat isn't my usual cup of tea but done right it can be absolutely jaw dropping. This is old-vine Carignan that's picked at minuscule yields before a very gentle extraction. We're talking no pump overs or punch downs. Silky texture, divine dark cherry fruit. The purest Priorat around, it's like drinking liquid graphite. ABV: 13.5%
