I think we should all be keeping an eye on the Hautes-Côtes. After seeing a large shift towards respectful farming we're now seeing some pretty stellar wines coming out of this region that was, and still is, a bit overlooked. Although 2021 was a challenging vintage, this is remarkably fresh, floral, and fun in its youth. It strikes the perfect balance between crunchy red fruit and earthy intrigue. Will age with grace too. ABV: 12%
