All Gamay here but unusually a mixture of the local Gamay d’Auvergne, alongside the Gamay you'd find in the Beaujolais and few others. The local variety yields a darker, spicier wine which plays beautifully alongside the fruit-forward variety we know and love. Balanced and poised now, this is another bottle I recommend grabbing a few of and seeing what the beauty of time does. With the amount of hype behind him, they'll probably be worth a few extra quid too. ABV: 12%
